1.. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for return instructions (customersupport@cgshunting.com) indicating the reason for the return.
2. All items must be returned, in new condition*, within 14 days of purchase in the original shipping container. We are not able to reimburse you for return shipping charges**.
3. We will process a refund of your purchase, less shipping charges*, within 5 business days from the date the item is returned.

*A product must be in new, unopened condition if it is being returned.

Examples of new, unopened products:
* A piece of clothing that still has the tags attached and/or has not been worn
* A treestand that has not been assembled

Examples of products that cgshunting.com will refuse:
* A boot with mud on it (has been worn outside)
* A riflescope that has been mounted to a firearm
* A Leupold optic without the shrink-wrap around the original box
* Any bubble-packed item that has been opened

Refused items will be shipped directly back to you, and will not be credited. You will also be charged for the return freight costs. For this reason, it is important to understand the condition of your product(s) before requesting a return from cgshunting.com.
